PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING
SECTION 20 - PAYMENTS
The Customer may pay the amount relating to the Products contained in the order request and the shipping costs by credit card, Paypal and Satyspay (if active) or bank transfer (only for large orders from companies, purchase of products for events).
The transactions will be charged to the Customer's credit card only after the credit card details have been verified and the debit authorization has been received from the company issuing the credit card used by the Customer.
Depetit uses third-party tools (Stripe Payment and/or Shopify Payment) to process payments and does not come into contact in any way with the payment data provided (credit card number, name of the holders, password, etc.).
SECTION 21 - SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS
The products sold are shipped from various warehouses located in Italy, which is why products belonging to the same order may have different shipping times and arrive separately. Depetit uses various courier services, including: TNT, SDA, Poste Italiane, GLS, Yunexpress. Shipping times range from a minimum of 24 hours to a maximum of 10 working days, barring unforeseen circumstances not attributable to Depetit including, by way of example but not limited to, bad weather. The shipping cost depends from product to product and also based on the country of destination:
ITALY:
Standard shipping (7-10 working days): €5.70
Fast shipping (24-48h): €5.70
REST OF EUROPE (only if the option to purchase is active):
Standard shipping (7-10 working days): €5.70
Fast shipping (2-5 days): €5.70
All orders of €150 or more can benefit from free shipping.
For promotional purposes, shipping may sporadically be free for the entire amount of the receipt or based on a minimum order.
SECTION 22 - DISCOUNTS AND DISCOUNT CODES
All discount codes, unless otherwise specified, are valid only once per customer. This means that even if the code is active it is not possible to use it on more than 1 order. The discounts will have a limited duration.
