RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We have a 14 day return policy; you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
It is possible to change or return a product only once, therefore returns or exchanges of items that have already been changed are not accepted.
To initiate a return, simply complete the process on our website www.depetit.com with your order data or by writing directly in the chat dedicated to assistance or by sending an email. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return shipping information, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
EXCEPTIONS / ITEMS NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE
The returns and refunds policy cannot be applied to some of the items on this site. These are: in-stock products, limited edition capsule collections, discounted items, customized creations.
YOU CHANGE
We can exchange items for any other product in the same price range. In the case of an exchange, shipping of the new item will be free. As regards the return shipment, the terms described in the "Return shipments" point remain valid.
REFUNDS
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund as well.
RETURN SHIPMENTS
Return shipments for returns or exchanges of orders made in countries (by way of example and not limited to: Italy, Germany, France, Spain) are the responsibility of the customer. Once the return or exchange request has been accepted you will be responsible for sending the package with a courier of your choice to the address provided in the return or exchange confirmation email.
